Peter
I have been lucky enough to have a career that has spanned the length of global food supply chains. Having started as a young volunteer helping small holder farmers in Africa to the corporate world of Tesco head office and a few stops in between. I am a respected leader in food sustainability. I am known for looking to the future and developing practical and ambitious strategies to get there.
Yvonne
I love science and using it to solve real life problems. I worked as a food safety specialist and corporate microbiologist for JS Sainsburys and Mars Inc. In 2015 I took the plunge and set up Salvus. I’m known for taking time to understand the complex, offering simplified and practical solutions. I am delighted to have been recently made a fellow of the institute of food science and technology (IFST).
